Roast

Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavor of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste.

Coffee roasting is the process of heating the coffee cherry seeds to augment aroma and flavor and ultimately increase solubility

The Color of the roast is not related to the strength of the coffee. So a dark roast go coffee does not necessarily mean it is a strong coffee

Instant vs Ground Coffee

The main difference between instant coffee and ground coffee, is the amount of caffeine. One cup of instant coffee contains 60-80mg of caffeine. On the other hand, a ground or brewed coffee contains 60-120mg of caffeine per cup.

Simple Recipe

Take 1 tablespoon of coffee, add 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Add hot water to wet the mix. I prefer normal water and it works just fine. Churn it with Coffee with frother. Add milk and coffee is ready !
